First held in 1999, the IPG Coastal Strategic Offsite was created as a closed strategic forum for executive leadership to engage in long-horizon planning and cross-functional alignment, outside of operational cadence.
Over the past two decades, it has become a defining feature of IPG's leadership culture, functioning as an essential platform for challenging established viewpoints, analyzing systemic macro risks, and reinforcing the unified operational stance of the leadership team.
The 2025 IPG Coastal Strategic Offsite will convene at two of Portugal's most respected and top-ranked golf venues: West Cliffs & Praia D'El Rey.
The venues were selected based on location, course conditions, and their ability to accommodate the full program agenda. Both are accessible via a 15-minute helicopter transfer from Lisbon International Airport, with lodging located directly adjacent to the courses.
Ranked among the top 10 courses in continental Europe (#1 in Portugal), known for its coastal elevation changes, strong Atlantic winds, and rugged natural landscape.
Consistently rated among Portugal's best parkland-style courses, offering a more sheltered layout with firm fairways and mature pine-lined routing.
We are pleased to confirm the participation of Tiger Woods, who will join the 2025 Coastal Strategic Offsite in a limited, non-competitive advisory capacity.

Private Villa at West Cliffs Golf Resort
Delegates will be accommodated in a private villa within the West Cliffs Golf Resort, offering direct access to the West Cliffs Golf Course and close proximity to Praia D'El Rey. The villa has been selected for its privacy, comfort, and suitability for the offsite format.
Delegates traveling from Prague will make use of the company's Bombardier Global 7500, with direct routing between Václav Havel Airport (PRG) and Lisbon International Airport (LIS).
Private ground transfer will be arranged upon arrival in Lisbon. Travel time to West Cliffs Golf Resort is approximately 1 hour 15 minutes by car. Helicopter transfer is strictly available only for designated Board Members; no exceptions will be accommodated.
