Inland Pivot: The Case for Altitude

Following a comprehensive venue risk reassessment, the Board elected to relocate the 2026 offsite from a coastal to a highland theatre of operations. The Beskydy range provides natural elevation advantage, reduced surveillance visibility, and proximity to Central European logistical corridors.

Note: The relocation should not be interpreted as connected to the December 2025 Algarve Incident, which remains under internal review. No further comment will be provided.

Friday Bonus Round: Delegates not burdened by professional obligations on Friday are invited to attend a warm-up session at Brno Kaskáda Golf Resort en route. The Board considers this a voluntary pre-deployment calibration exercise — though historically, "voluntary" has meant "you will be asked why you weren't there."

Bryson will serve as the offsite's official pace-of-play monitor — an irony the Board has formally acknowledged and elected to proceed with.

Protocol: No LIV Golf-branded materials permitted on IPG premises. Equipment-related disputes will be adjudicated by the IPG Rules Committee, whose decisions are final and not subject to physics-based appeal.

Standing Orders: The Convoy Commander is appointed by seniority, not driving skill. Spotify control in the lead vehicle is a non-negotiable privilege. The Board does not recognize "scenic routes." Any vehicle 8+ minutes behind convoy will be excluded from arrival photographs.
